PACKAGING

We believe that all our packaging has many lives and we try to re-use as much of it as possible to avoid it going into landfill. We proudly re-use all the packaging that comes to us from deliveries and use only 100% recycleable cardboard boxes or eco-friemdly mailers without any plastic tapes/labels/stickers/ etc when posting out to you. We re-use all the fillers and packing we recieve, these can include bubble wrap and polystyrene chips (we'd rather re-use, than send to landfill),  paper fillings, cornstarch pellets and paper tapes/stickers that are made of recycled materials and are biodegradable and compostable. If we must buy new, it's recycleable and  / or compostable, always x.

LEAD TIME
Our usual lead time is 2-3 working days or 3-5 days during busy times such as Mother's day, Easter & Christmas. Please allow extra time around Bank holidays. We will prepare your order as soon as possible then send it with your chosen shipping method. If you have an urgent order, please choose 'First class - Signed For' shipping and mention "please hurry" in the checkout notes. We would be happy to speed up the prep of your order if we can. If this is not possible or something is out of stock we will advise you via e-mail within 48hrs of your order. We occasionally may have to make something specifically to fulfil your order, if this is the case and it will take more than 7 working days, again we will advise you asap.

UK STANDARD SHIPPING -

Royal Mail 1st class up to 2kg (2 - 5 days) - £4.95 

Royal Mail 2nd class up to 2kg (3 - 7 days) - £3.95

Courier Delivery for orders over 2kg  (2 - 5 days) from £11.50

We also offer tracked and signed options which require a signature on delivery, these are trackable and fully insured to give you, and us, peace of mind that your order will arrive safely and quickly. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

If you have requested a custom item i.e one that is being made specifically for you at your request (for example Wedding favours, guest soaps etc), we will provide an estimated delivery forcast for your order. Please bear in mind that when custom ordering our soaps, they take between 4 and 6 weeks to fully cure and cannot be shipped before this time has elapsed. Delivery is calculated by the weight of your order and will be quoted at the time of invoicing. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We have decided to temporarily remove International Shipping due to majoy delays caused by Covid-19 restrictions and the UK Brexit transition, we hope to be able to re-introduce it again soon but for now are only able to ship within the UK at this present time, thank you for your understanding.
